Dr Mitterregger has been working as a consultant anaesthetist in Perth for over 15 years. He is a fellow of the Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists having completed his speciality training at the Alfred in Melbourne.
He is an anaesthetist who strives to provide professional care and a friendly, supportive experience. His areas of interest include procedures in gastro-intestinal surgery, orthopaedics, paediatrics and obstetrics.
Dr Mitteregger also maintains an appointment at Fiona Stanley Hospital where he enjoys his role in educating the next generation of trainee anaesthetists. Time and family allowing he has also volunteered for overseas aid work.
In his spare time he enjoys music, cycling and water sports.
