Dr Allen graduated from Trinity College Dublin in 1988. He did his post graduate training in Royal Perth Hospital. Dr Allen was a medical registrar for many years and initially did physician training , also did some training in obstetrics. Completed his training in Anaesthesia in 1999 and initially worked as a consultant at Fremantle Hospital before entering private practice . His special interests include vascular Anaesthesia , urology, obstetrics and laparoscopic endocrine surgery. Dr Allen works at all the major private hospital in Perth.
