Dr. Pallavi Kumar is a specialist Anaesthetist and is a Fellow of the Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists, with a further two fellowships: the first at Prince of Wales and Sydney Children’s Hospitals, and the second at the Royal Children’s Hospital in Melbourne.
She relocated to Western Australia in 2020, and given how much she loves Perth, plans to never move again!
She currently mixes her private work with a public appointment at Fiona Stanley and Fremantle Hospitals Group, where she is the Occupational Health and Safety Lead for the departments. She regularly anaesthetises both children and adults for a most subspecialty areas, including but not limited to neurosurgery, obstetrics and gynaecology, ENT, gastroenterology, plastics, orthopaedics and urology. She aims to provide the best possible, holistic patient-centered care. She has a special interest in paediatric anaesthesia and perioperative medicine.
When she is not anaesthetising, she spends her spare time with her two young kids, a mixture of joy and chaos!
